Let’s Talk Finance

Let's Talk Finance is a one-day breakthrough introductory finance workshop delivering unprecedented financial literacy to underpin business acumen. It uses a different and fresh approach called the Color Accounting Learning System.

It shows how accounting, finance and business work, and importantly, how they interrelate. Participants leave able to read a balance sheet and income statement, telling a meaningful financial story that informs decision-making.

How it Works: The workshop uses a visual and hands-on approach which has participants discover the five essential finance concepts everyone should know. At the heart of the approach iS a concept map that makes the learning extraordinarily effective: learners focus on the underlying meanings of accounting terms, and explain them with simple, intuitive examples.

When the fundamentals of accounting are truly understood, the program then focuses on analysis skills, so that the participants can confidently explore financial statements, understand the story they tell about a business, and identify issues that are pertinent to their work.

 
 
 

Become a Color Accounting™ Learning System Facilitator

Discover the new way to talk about accounting and teach business finance. Join a community of educators who are shifting people's relationship with their finances and their business.

Steps to be a Color Accounting™ Learning System Facilitator

  1. Participate in an 'Experience Workshop'. This is a Finance & Accounting Fundamentals Workshop facilitated by an experienced Facilitator (8 hours).

  2. Sign an acknowledgement of the Wealthvox Color AccountingTM Learning System intellectual property.

  3. Receive a workshop pack, textbook and a Facilitator’s Guide.

  4. Attend a Facilitator Development Workshop with a Master Facilitator. This is

    currently delivered virtually over 4 sessions of 21⁄2 hours each.

  5. Review and practice the key workshop sequences using the video and other

    materials in the Resource Center.

6. Deliver the workshop curriculum to friends and family.

7. Schedule a feedback call with a Master Facilitator and submit video samples of your delivery. If both you and the Master Facilitator agree you are ready, you will be accredited as a Color Accounting™ Learning System Facilitator.

8. Sign a Facilitator agreement providing, inter alia, for regular engagement with the central Wealthvox team.

9. Option to continue to level 2 with training on advanced modules.
